1. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Debit cards

  • International credit cards

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay (if supported by Stripe)

Stripe securely processes all payments.


2. Payment Security

All transactions are encrypted through SSL and processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified provider.

We never store credit card information.


3. Currency

All orders are processed in:

  • GBP (£) by default
    International customers may see converted amounts depending on currency and bank exchange rates.


4. Payment Verification

For safety, we may require:

  • Billing address verification

  • ID verification (for high-value orders)

  • Fraud screening through Stripe

Suspicious transactions may be cancelled.


5. Failed or Declined Payments

If your payment is declined:

  • Ensure card details are correct

  • Ensure your bank allows international transactions

  • Contact your bank for authorization

We cannot hold items while waiting for payment.


6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, customers must contact us to resolve the issue.

Unfair chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Revoked wholesale access
